Introduction and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products, services, and subscriptions offered by Skèncare (hereinafter: Skèncare). By using our services and products, you agree to these terms.

Definitions:
Skèncare: Skèncare, based at Oosterwezenstraat 6I, 1823 CN Alkmaar, Netherlands.
Products: All cosmetic items offered, including ‘The Routine,’ a multi-step skincare experience with products such as The Serum, The Cloud, The Mist, The Mask, The Peeling, The Wand, and The Applicator.
Replenish Set: Monthly subscription for The Routine products.
Essentials Set: One-time purchase set of The Routine products.
Customer Portal: The online platform where customers manage their accounts and subscriptions.

Applicability
1.1 These terms apply to any offer from Skèncare and any agreement established between Skèncare and the consumer.
1.2 Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Skèncare.

Offer and Agreement Formation
2.1 All offers from Skèncare are non-binding and valid while supplies last unless otherwise stated in the offer.
2.2 The agreement is concluded when Skèncare confirms the order by email.
2.3 Skèncare reserves the right to refuse orders or to set conditions for the delivery of products.

Prices and Payments
3.1 All product and subscription prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments for the Replenish Set subscription are automatically collected from the provided account on the first day of each month. The customer receives a confirmation of the payment by email.
3.3 In case of failed payments, a reminder schedule follows. If payments are not made in time, Skèncare reserves the right to charge collection fees and temporarily suspend or terminate the subscription.

Subscriptions: Pausing and Termination
4.1 The Replenish Set can be paused through the Customer Portal for a maximum of three consecutive months. After this period, the subscription will automatically restart.
4.2 Subscriptions can be terminated through the Customer Portal or by email. To end the subscription, the customer must notify at least eight (8) days before the next delivery date.

Return and Withdrawal Rights
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the first Replenish Set or Essentials Set without providing any reason, provided the products are unused and in original packaging.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Skèncare by email about the return. After confirmation by Skèncare, the customer has fourteen (14) days to return the products.
5.3 Returns are at the customer’s expense and risk unless Skèncare decides otherwise. Returns without proof of shipment are not reimbursed by Skèncare.
5.4 Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return. Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused by Skèncare and returned at the customer's expense.

Use and Liability of Products
6.1 Cosmetic Purpose: All products of Skèncare are intended solely for cosmetic use and are not designed to treat, cure, or diagnose any medical conditions.
6.2 Allergies and Skin Reactions: While our products are carefully formulated, some users may experience allergic reactions to certain ingredients. We recommend applying a small amount to a less visible area and waiting 24 hours to check for a reaction on first use.
6.3 Discontinue in Case of Reaction: In case of redness, itching, swelling, or other forms of irritation, the customer should stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. Skèncare cannot be held liable for such skin reactions.
6.4 Information and Recommendations: Information and recommendations on the website and in other communications are based on Skèncare's current knowledge and practical experience. Product efficacy and suitability may vary depending on individual skin type and sensitivity. Skèncare does not provide medical advice, and the information should not be interpreted as such.
6.5 No Liability for Incorrect Use: Skèncare is not liable for damage resulting from the incorrect use of products, failure to follow instructions, or combining products with other products without consulting a specialist.

Complaints and Disputes
7.1 Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted within 14 days of discovering the defect, fully and clearly described, via email to hello@myskencare.com.
7.2 Skèncare will respond to the complaint within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of the expected processing time will be provided within this period.
7.3 Disputes between the customer and Skèncare will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All content, designs, trademarks, photos, texts, and other materials on the Skèncare website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without Skèncare’s written permission.
8.2 Skèncare reserves the right to take legal action in the event of a violation of these property rights.

Changes to Terms and Prices
9.1 Skèncare reserves the right to modify these terms and prices. Changes will be announced at least fourteen (14) days in advance by email, and the new terms will be published on the website.
9.2 Customers have the right to cancel their subscription if they do not agree with the changes. Termination must occur before the effective date of the change.
Privacy and Data Protection
10.1 Skèncare processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy. This policy is available on the website and can be sent upon request.
10.2 The customer is responsible for keeping contact and payment information up-to-date in the Customer Portal.
